You would need to contact our provider - Mondial Assistance - in order to check if a change is possible. In case you would need to cancel the insurance you would need to contact our agency by using the contacts provided in the confirmation email.
The client has to clarify the reason for cancellation. If for example cancellation is asked due to a flight being cancelled or due to a medical reason, our provider may cancel the insurance with a full refund. Each specific case will be handled separately.
The insurance contract is an official document which can be provided as an invoice.
You can cancel the Insurance Contract through through the phone or email provided in the confirmation mail received from us. The cancellation can be completed only within 14 days after the date of issuance and before the start day.
