Hotel reservation cancel request 

Please read carefully the following information.

   · Fill in the same e-mail that you have made your reservation.

   · Describe in detail the changes that you want to be performed by us, mentioning in detail the new dates , hours and the passengers that this change might concerns.

   · The reservation department operates everyday from 9:00 until 18:00 and during Saturdays from 10:00 to 14.00.

   · In case that you wish to make a immidiate change in a different hour than those that our offices operate you must contact the Hotel.
