• All passengers of Air One are allowed to carry 1 piece of hand-baggage which must not exceed 8kg and 115cm in total dimensions.
• Economy Class passengers of Air One can carry baggage up to 20kg free of charge and Business Class passengers up to 30kg. On transatlantic flights of Air One, Economy Class passengers are entitled to 2 pieces of baggage of 23kg each and Business Class passengers to 2 pieces of 32kg each. Every extra kilo is charged with 15 Euros.

• Check-in: Passengers of Air One can check-in online via the website of the airline. The procedure is available from 24h up to 2h before the flight departure. If someone travels from an airport of Italy without baggage he/she can also tele check-in (via phone) and fast check-in (special kiosks at various airports).
• Air One members of its frequent flyer programs can collect miles by flying with Air One or any other partner airline. Partner airlines are Lufthansa, Air Canada, Scandinavian Airlines, US Airways, United Airlines.
